First day of the 5/3/1 program i will be following for next 6 months..
Deadlift ( conven , no belt )
set 1 - 145kgs - 5 reps
set 2 - 170kgs - 5 reps
set 3 - 197.5kgs - 10 reps
game over for the day, pretty happy with my ten reps on my last set...
